The 3rd quarter RSCC meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 13th at the Shreveport Convention Center. The address is
400 Caddo St, Shreveport, LA 71101.
Registration will open at the Convention Center at 8:30 AM. Some committees may hold in-person meetings that morning at the Hilton or the Convention Center. The Hilton Shreveport is adjacent to the Shreveport Convention Center and may be accessed through a hall from the Hilton lobby.
Hotel rooms for the RSCC Q3 meeting are available at the Hilton Shreveport, 104 Market Street, Shreveport, LA 71101, for an astonishingly low price of $99 (two queens) or $109 (one king) per night. As per usual, a social event will be planned for Friday night. Once we can confirm the details, we will send another email.
Parking for overnight guests at the Hilton will be only $8.00 per vehicle. Parking will be complimentary for those attending the RSCC meeting, but not staying overnight at the Hilton.
